Hybrid Technology
Finlay® offer a comprehensive line up of hybrid crushers and screeners that can be electrically driven allowing the operator to power their machines using mains electricity supply where available. For versatility and flexibility the machines can also be powered by on-board diesel engine or gen-set for sites that do not have available direct mains power source infrastructure.
When working in a crushing and screening train the hybrid screeners can be connected to upstream or downstream hybrid crushers that generate sufficient electricity to power the screeners providing significant cost savings.
LJ-130 Hybrid
The Finlay® LJ-130 hybrid mobile jaw crusher is the largest mobile jaw crusher in our range and has been developed for large-scale quarry and mining operations.The plant’s electrically driven power systems provide significant cost advantages and environmental efficiencies. The machine features a robust Terex 1300 x 1000mm (51” x 39”) single toggle jaw crusher.

J-1280 Hybrid
The hybrid Finlay® J-1280 mobile jaw crusher offers operators the flexibility to power the plant either by an onboard genset powerpack configuration or connected to an external power source. Both power options provide operators with significant power, servicing and maintenance cost savings in direct comparison to a diesel/hydraulic powered plant. The machine is fitted with a high powered alternator that generates sufficient energy that can be used to power downstream screening plants or stockpile conveyors further improving overall fuel consumption and efficiencies of production trains. The machine features a robust Terex 1200mm x 820mm (47” x 32”) electrically driven single toggle jaw crusher.

J-1175 Hybrid
The Hybrid Finlay® J-1175 mobile jaw crusher offers operators the flexibility to power the plant either by mains electric connection or the onboard genset powerpack configuration. Either power option presents operators with significant power, servicing and maintenance cost savings in direct comparison to a diesel/hydraulic powered plant. The machine is fitted with a high powered alternator that generates sufficient energy that can be used to power downstream screening plants or stockpile conveyors further improving overall fuel consumption and efficiencies of production trains. The machine features a robust Terex 1070mm X 760mm (42” x 30”) electrically driven single toggle jaw crusher.

The Finlay® C-1540 Hybrid Cone Crusher offers operators the flexibility to power the plant either by mains electric connection or the onboard genset powerpack configuration. Either power option presents operators with significant power, servicing and maintenance cost savings. The machine incorporates the Finlay® 1000 cone crusher with 1000mm (40”) head diameter.

694+ Hybrid
The Finlay® 694+ hybrid inclined screen offers operators the flexibility to power the plant either by an electrical connection or diesel/hydraulic configuration. The plant features a triple deck screen configuration providing three full sized 6.1m x 1.53m (20’ x 5’) screens. The new high energy screenbox features three full size 6.1m x 1.53m (20’ x 5’) decks to give a total screening area of 28m² (301ft²).
